The Tavern on Brady, a modern interpretation of the classic neighborhood pub, is in downtown Tulsa.
A beautiful, dark wood bar is the focal point of the space, which is located in the old Fox Hotel building at 201 N. Main Street. The bar inspired master mixologist Tony Collins to create a drink menu unlike any other in Tulsa. The menu includes artisan beers, world-class wines, craft whiskeys from micro distilleries and a pre prohibition era cocktail lists.
Chef Grant Vespasian’s menu is a gourmet twist on classic pub cuisine. Popular items include:
- Tavern Burger – A proprietary grind of short rib and brisket served with a Stilton and mushroom Cognac cream on a house-baked bun.
- Roasted Chicken – Creamed spring lettuces and vegetables.
- Grilled Salmon – Spring vegetable cous cous, celeriac remoulade.
Freshly baked breads and homemade desserts are the perfect complements to the seasonally inspired menu.
